This 3-night, 3-day retreat welcomes you and offers you the opportunity to develop certain valuable talents that will help you to awaken consciousness, which you can gradually integrate into your daily life.
In this retreat we will start each morning with integral yoga practices, consisting of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), and meditation (silent mind in the here and now).
We will have some time to nourish our soul by sharing a reading that will guide us in our inner transformation process... and some further time to assimilate it..
intermittent fasting
To help the process of releasing the heavy burdens accumulated in the emotional body, during the three days of the retreat we will practice intermittent fasting "8X16" (a period of 8 hours within which the meal times are organised and a period of 16 hours of fasting within which we hydrate). Intermittent fasting aims to awaken the physical body to its capacity for self-cleansing as well as to increase your physical energy.
Together we will prepare vegetarian and organic meals, practice raising the vibrational frequency of the food with chanting of mantras and thoughts of gratitude, and finally sit down to eat in full consciousness.
The snack between meals will be based on fruit, seeds, nuts, wholemeal bread, coffee and tea, avoiding refined sugars.
We must be prepared for a deep practice during the retreat, as we will leave any source of our of contamination our of reach such as the internet, cigarettes, alcohol, refined sugars and narcotics. Making judgements towards other people or situations are considered low frequencies that pollute, and should also be left out.
The success of your personal experience in this retreat will depend on you, your openness and your perception of the moment.
There will be free time for socialising or personal reflection.
We will also have some time to dance tribal music, allowing the natural language of the body to emerge through spontaneous movements, without using the known dance steps, with the intention of breaking the learned structures.
We will connect with our feminine energy in the integral practice of Yin Yoga-Pranayama-Meditation.
We end the day with enough time to take a shower and then to sleep.
Avoid creating expectations according to old patterns (as they can make you feel frustrated), but instead, cultivate your capacity for surprise.
Remember that it is easier to carry out these practices sheltered by the energy of a well-intentioned group vibrating at the same frequency, and also by being favoured by a harmonious environment.
Imagine that a sangha is a garden, filled with many varieties of trees and flowers. When we recognise each other as beautiful and unique flowers and trees, our understanding and love for each other can grow in an authentic way. One flower may bloom early in spring, another in late summer. One tree may bear many fruits and another may offer cooling shade. .
Each sangha member has unique gifts to offer to the community. Each also has aspects that need attention. When we can appreciate the contribution of each member and when we are able to see our weaknesses as potential for growth, we can learn to live in harmony, to love and understand all beings.
No one plant is greater, lesser or equal to the other plants in the garden.
In society, the cause of much of our suffering is feeling disconnected from each other. With sangha practice, we can heal these feelings of isolation and separation. We do our practices together, share the same table, the same space, the same time and cleanse all our areas together.
In addition to our inner transformation process,
participating with other practitioners in daily activities allows us to experience the real feeling of love, empathy and acceptance.
Remember that each being
is unique and unrepeatable
and at the same time we are all one.
A sister or brother, a friend can help you to remember what you already know. In this retreat the important thing is not what you come to learn, it is what you come to remember.
